NANOPULSER is an Electronic Desulfation Device that conditions your battery for better performance.
                                 It produces Higher Capacities and Longer Battery Life.

Lead-sulfate is created when a battery is discharged. When the battery is recharged, in principle all the lead-sulfate converts back to its component materials --- lead, lead dioxide and sulfuric acid. However, as batteries age, lead-sulfate crystallizes on the surface of the electrode plates. This non-conductive material coating the surface of the electrode plate causes a reduction in the surface area needed for electro-chemical reactions of the battery. It also reduces the batteries' component materials (lead and acid) needed for the reactions. As the process of discharge and recharge continues the sulfation builds, eventually rendering the battery inoperable.  Sulfated batteries are often replaced prematurely and unnecessarily.

Nanopulser applies a weak but sharp electrical pulse that inhibits the buildup of hard lead-sulfate crystals while gently decomposing the crystals without damaging the battery plates.

With Nanopulser installed, batteries maintain a high capacity as well as maximize its lifespan.

Regenerate Old Sulfated Batteries And Maximize Capacity And Lifespan
If the old battery is not physically damaged but suffering from buildup of hard sulfation, Nanopulser will regenerate the battery by decomposing the hard sulfate gently and slowly. Continued use will inhibit further sulfation build-up and maximize the battery life. The length of the battery life depends on the condition of the battery when Nanopulser was installed. Later, when the battery finally fails, remove the Nanopulser and install on a new battery. This will prevent sulfation build-up from the beginning and assure the manufacturer's specified or intended lifespan and quite possibly extend it beyond.

In general, if the battery is 4 to 5 years old, it more likely to revive the battery close to full capacity. However, if the battery is already 7 to 8 years old, more likely there is a corrosion damage that desulfation can not reverse and recover. Before installation, check your battery for physical damages such as swelling of battery case, white sulfation buildup outside of the case and floating particles in the electrolyte. If found, consider the condition and expect less for the result. Even though the Nanopulser revives old sulfated batteries, installing to new batteries is recommended for the best result.

Automobile
Nanopulser preserves a high CCA rating for the starter battery for many years. Vehicle's electrical equipment will operate at a higher voltage. Electric windows operate more powerfully when closing and opening. Radio sounds loud and clear. Headlights are brighter. If you have been driving with a weak battery, when Nanopulser is installed you might even realize better fuel economy due to the increased voltage efficiency of the battery.

Marine Vessels
For marine usage, batteries sulfate fast because marine vessel batteries are usually in discharge cycle off shore. It would be common sense to use Nanopulser for conditioning the batteries. A case study showed an increase in the capacity of a battery in two weeks. This battery had lost capacity and was experiencing difficulty in starting the engine. However, after two weeks of treatment with Nanopulser, the battery capacity came back and the battery was starting the engine without a problem. Please be aware that using Nanopulser does not relieve you from regular recommended battery maintenance.

Most frequently asked question for pleasure boat usage is if one unit conditions all the batteries in a battery bank. The answer is "YES". However, please be aware that the larger the capacity, the longer it will take to desulfate sulfated batteries, but give a sufficient time, Nanopulser will condition the batteries. (The sufficient time is about 4 to 6 weeks for 1000 Ah battery bank. -- based on case studies.)

Recreational Vehicles
R.V. deep cycle batteries also do not last long because they are usually left unattended for long periods of time. Sulfation caused by natural discharge is very hard. This super-hard sulfation is the worst kind of sulfation.

Material Handling application - Forklift Batteries
In warehouse and business situations batteries are usually kept on a good maintenance schedule and fully charged. However, the batteries typically fail after 4 to 6 years depending on battery quality and how well the maintenance was done. In the situation where maintenance is a problem, Nanopulser would be very useful. Also, even with a good maintenance schedule, we believe there is a small amount of hard sulfation that can NOT be decomposed by regular equalization charge based on NANOPULSER case studies. This very hard sulfation crystal can be decomposed by Nanopulser to maximize the life of the batteries. Even with meticulous maintenance, Nanopulser will help assure the good condition of the battery as a preventive measure. In addition, batteries will accept more charges and operation hours between charges will be kept longer.
